We take your trust seriously, and this page contains our full Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and more. Everything is written in straightforward language, no legalese. LymePatrol is in pre-launch; no diagnostic services are currently being offered.

Privacy Policy

LymePatrol is committed to safeguarding your privacy. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data for marketing. We collect only the necessary information—such as your name, email, refundable deposit through Stripe, and any voluntary survey answers—to inform you about our updates and product news.

All data is securely stored on trusted third-party platforms like Stripe (for payments), AWS, and Google Cloud (for encrypted communications). Full credit card numbers are never stored on our servers. You have full rights: request deletion, view stored information, and opt out of emails at any time.

Terms of Use

LymePatrol is currently in development. No test kits, medical testing, or telehealth are available yet—any services described are conceptual for now (though we are working hard to to put the puzzle pieces together to be ready to launch soon!). Content here is informational and not medical advice. Although we may reference health issues, always consult a licensed physician for actual care.

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or disrupt the site, attempt to copy or redistribute content, or interfere with security. If you submit material or feedback, it may be used to improve our service—please don’t include sensitive health information.

Refund Policy

Any $10 deposit collected before launch is 100% refundable at any time—processed by Stripe to your original payment method. If we do not launch by December 31, 2025, all deposits are automatically refunded. Refunds generally appear in 5–10 business days.

To request a refund, click the link in your confirmation email or email refunds@lymepatrol.com with your name and the original payment email. After the service launches, a new cancellation and refund policy for subscriptions will be published before any billing begins.

Data Security & HIPAA

While not yet a HIPAA-covered entity, LymePatrol is building toward medical-grade standards: encrypted data, access-controlled tools, and secure lab partners (planned: CLIA-certified, HIPAA-compliant).

If/when we begin collecting health information, we’ll update and clearly communicate our privacy policies according to all relevant regulations.

Children’s Privacy & Policy Changes

LymePatrol is not intended for users under 18 without parental consent. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we’ve collected data in error, please contact us for deletion.

Policies may change as we grow or as laws evolve. The “Effective Date” will always be posted at the top of this page, and subscribers will be notified of significant updates prior to launch.
